Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Enniscorthy Dog Training, we currently offer local delivery only.

1. Delivery Areas

We offer local delivery every Wednesday in:

Enniscorthy
Across County Wexford

If you are located outside of these areas, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

2. Delivery Charges

Free delivery within Enniscorthy town
€5 delivery fee for surrounding areas across County Wexford

A minimum order value of €10 applies for delivery. Alternatively, orders can be collected or brought to a training session free of charge.

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made every Wednesday
Orders must be placed by Tuesday evening to be included in that week’s delivery
Deliveries are made throughout the day and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed

4. Collection Options

Orders can be brought to your scheduled training session free of charge
Collection from Clonhaston may also be arranged at an agreed time

Please contact us after placing your order to arrange a suitable collection time.

5. Delivery Conditions

Please ensure that:

The delivery address provided is accurate and accessible
Someone is available to receive the order, where required

If you request that your order be left in a designated safe place or with a neighbour, this will be done in accordance with your instructions.

Once the order has been delivered as requested, responsibility for the goods passes to you. We cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage after delivery has been completed in line with your instructions.

If delivery cannot be completed on the scheduled Wednesday due to no one being available to receive the order and no safe place or alternative instructions have been provided, delivery will be rescheduled for the following Wednesday.

We may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery where possible.

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee for repeated missed deliveries.

6. Delays

While we aim to deliver on the scheduled day, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. weather, traffic, or unforeseen issues).

We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any changes to your delivery.
